Wei Yu “Eugene” Chen's practice consists primarily of employment and business-related immigration matters, representing employers and their employees before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, Department of Labor, Department of State, and various state and federal agencies with immigration oversight.
Eugene is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He received his J.D. and L.L.M. degrees from Southern Methodist University. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Mr. Chen is also an Of Counsel of a boutique law firm in Dallas.

His background includes teaching graduate-level courses in International Law, working as an International Law counselor to a multi-national shipping company based in Hong Kong and working for the U.S. Justice Department's Criminal Law Section.
Mr. Chen holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Rutgers University at New Brunswick.
